
Slovenski Dom offered three fall cooking classes from September 24th – October 8th. Taught by Anka, our group had an average of 10-12 participants each lesson. The lessons were both engaging and quite informative. We learned a variety of culinary techniques and some Slovenian background on these dishes.
We were taught how to make Slovenian dishes both sweet and savoury varying from Bread dumplings, to Flancate (Angel Wings).

In the above photo, Anka prepared a Winter Cabbage to use for the sausage rolls giving it a fuller taste.
